-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I have not tried the Live CD or a CD installation. The problem began after an upgrade from Feisty to Gutsy using the Upgrade Manager GUI.
By switching to the 2.6.22-14-generic kernel, the problem is fixed. Would it help you if I tried the Live CD on the same system and let you know the results? - -Jim C. - -------- Original Message -------- From: Nanley Chery <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [Bug 173049] Re: Kernel 2.6.22-14-386 networking problem Date: 11/30/2007 02:42 PM > Have you checked to see if your NIC works on the Gutsy Live CD or on a > CD installation?
