Public bug reported:
ISO testing 20.04 Lubuntu daily image (20200317). If I click the
"Cancel" button while Calamares is starting up, displaying the "waiting
on n modules to load... 4 seconds," it hangs.
Even right-clicking the Calamares placeholder in the taskbar, and
"close" doesn't entirely get rid of it. The Calamares window disappears.
But, the "Lubuntu inst... [Killing]" placeholder remains in the taskbar.
