After installing https://people.canonical.com/~acelan/bugs/lp1865829/ the wifi works.
So, this is a problem in the kernel itself, not linux-firmware. I guess I have to wait for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1865962to be finished? Will this fix be updated to kernel 5.3.x (I don't update my kernel very frequently)?
