Actually, there are greyed out entries all over the place, nearly all of
which (except BSOD and WebCollage) do not correspond to hacks. They seem
to relate to options or perhaps code variables, wth the two numerical
ones perhaps being values of variables? Really strange, too, because the
package hasn't changed since like Disco.
