Public bug reported:

I have both `csvkit` and `csvkit-doc` installed on my Ubuntu 18.04.2
(Bionic) install.

The installed version is `csvkit 1.0.2-1`

There are no man pages available for csvkit or any of its executables
(csvclean, csvcut, csvformat, csvgrep, csvjoin, csvjson, csvlook, csvpy,
csvsort, csvsql, csvstack, csvstat, in2csv, sql2csv).

There *is* documentation under /usr/share/doc/csvkit/html, and each of
the executables listed above can be run with the `-h` option, which does
list usage and arguments, so man pages should be fairly easy to
construct.

** Affects: csvkit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
