Sure, perhaps it's not from that particular bug, but my question still remains about how these images are built? Are they using livecd-rootfs to seed the snaps? If so this is not a snapd bug, and is instead a livecd-rootfs bug.
IMHO this is only a snapd bug if the seed was created with the `snap prepare-image` command.
