I encounter this bug pretty much daily. Roughly every other copy+paste action doesn't work, and I have quite a bit of copy+paste in my workflow.
It's not that I'm at all ungrateful for the work people do on Ubuntu, paid or not, I just want to make sure I understand: copy and paste is broken on Ubuntu 19.10 and it won't be fixed until users upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04.
