Yep, Ubuntu added a qterminal-l10n package in this upload, which never
happened in Debian.

Looks like that was done in Ubuntu shortly ahead of Debian packaging the
same version, and Lubuntu and Debian chose different paths. Ubuntu put
the new translation files in a new qterminal-l10n, while Debian/alf
chose to put them in the -data package. Since that divergence, there had
(until now) been no sync or merge from debian, so it never caused an
issue.
