ng/+bug/1556226 - I don't want scribus-ng in the archive.
This was synced because scribus itself didn't have Qt5 support, but now
it has it and so scribus-ng is a total duplicate.
I know some seed was changed as well, so please revert that back to
scribus too if needed. Also, please place scribus-ng in the sync
blacklist in case it was removed.
