I have a laptop with bluetooth but without wi-fi (I am using external
wi-fi adapter). I have worked for some time but after one update i can't
get bluetooth running. Bluetooth button changes colours when clicked
like it always was but i does not go right side and shows that it is
turned off.

command service bluetooth status shows:
