Public bug reported:

After doing a fresh install of focal I installed Lazarus and realized that the 
launcher of this program does not display its icon in the ubuntu dash.
I had noticed this in my previous installation, but as there were some 
unofficial repositories in my sources.list.d, I thought it was some external 
issue.
