Uploading photos to Google Contacts works fine here using Firefox 70 and
Ubuntu 18.04.
If anyone *still* has a problem then they should raise a new bug report
so that their system information gets added to the Launchpad bug report.
An example/details of the submitted file would also be appreciated.
