Public bug reported:

It's my first report and I'm french. Excuse me for my bad english I try
to explain you the problem.

When I try to configure WIFI (with an ipw2200 card on a gusty distrib
(7.10)), I can't connect to my Access Point with my WPA key.

I find the response when I try to encrypt the key with wpa_passphrase
command.

Take here a example :

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ wpa_passphrase my_accespoint
testPassPhraseWithAllCharactere{[(**&é"'(-è_çà)
bash: bad syntax near `(' ...

(I translate the error message)

With this error, I just change my passphrase with only alphanumerix
caracther and WIFI with WPA work fine.

I hope this help you, and this bug can fix early because most of personn try to
secure their WPA key with no alphanumerix character.

Bye and thank you.
