Workaround: Alt-F6 to switch to a text terminal login there sudo pkill -9 gnome-screensav F7 to switch back to GUI
The screen is unlocked. Note, even pkill -9 gnome-screensav should be enough I think (wihtou sudo), because I saw gnome-screensav is run from the same non-root user. Maybe even pkill gnome-screensav But I the tested variant is `sudo pkill -9 gnome-screensav`, I haven't tried the simplified variant. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1848228 Title: Impossible to unlock because keyboard language doesn't switch To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-screensaver/+bug/1848228/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
