With the upgrade to 19.10, when I launch gnome-tweaks, it renders the
window, but the title bar is transparent for a number of seconds (and
therefore the '<' icon is unavailable for navigating the tool).
Eventually, the title bar is fully rendered and the tool works fine.
Launching from a gnome-terminal I see:

Possibly related, sometimes, but not always, when it is time to close the
window, I need to click the 'x' in the title bar to close the window twice.
Also, sometimes, but not always, on start I see the title bar rendered
correctly briefly before it goes transparent, only to have it come back
properly after a number of seconds.
I am using wayland, but gnome-tweaks displays the say behavior when run
under Xwayland (eg, via xterm).
