Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ksudoku
When using the function "Check for updates" from the Web menu, ksudoku reports to be version 0.3 instead of the correct 0.4 and offers to upgrade the application. Not really a problem, but a little confusing for the unexperienced ;) Best regards, Friedemann -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers gutsy-updates APT policy: (500, 'gutsy-updates'), (500, 'gutsy-security'), (500, 'gutsy-proposed'), (500, 'gutsy-backports'), (500, 'gutsy') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-14-generic (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages ksudoku depends on: ii kdelibs4c 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.1 core libraries and binaries for al ii libc6 2.6.1-1ubuntu10 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.2.1-5ubuntu4 GCC support library ii libgl1-me 7.0.1-1ubuntu3 A free implementation of the OpenG ii libglu1-m 7.0.1-1ubuntu3 The OpenGL utility library (GLU) ii libqt3-mt 3:3.3.8really3.3.7-0ubuntu11.1 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libstdc++ 4.2.1-5ubuntu4 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ksudoku recommends no packages. -- no debconf information ** Affects: ksudoku (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Wrong version number confuses upgrade function https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/165118 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
