Asus UX330 here. After upgrade to 19.10 failed because of mysql-core update error, I also had the TPM error even though I disabled secure boot in the BIOS. Comment #13 fixed for me, thank you ! Do you know if there's a way to make it permanent in a boot option ? Not sure if a more permanent fix should be implemented in GRUB or Ubuntu..
