Just tried the updated s390-tools package on bionic in version s390-tools 2.3.0-0ubuntu3.5 and it incl. zcryptstats. zcryptstats can be called (in case hw crypto resources are in place), the output looks reasonable and the man page is there, too - hence successfully verified. Updating the tag accordingly.
