I think we could made a tool to control the fan speed like the windows' s one  
Notebook Hardware Control:
http://nhc.justred.info/ Here you can grab a lot of ACPI files for NHC. Is it 
possible to transale that files for Fujitsu in the way to control fan?

My fan was noise also in 7.04
