No. Their bug tracker is on SourceForge, which uses reCAPTCHA, so I cannot sign up (reCAPTCHA is extremily unfriendly to Firefox + privacy.resistFingerprinting users). So I have contacted one of the active users with recent commits and seemengly access to the repo via email and have sent this patch to him.

This is the patch for the prebuilt release on SourceForge. But the same bug is present in all MinGW-w64 I have encountered, including the ones in Ubuntu and Fedora repos.
