Public bug reported:

When you try to start gnome-tweaks, you got

$ gnome-tweaks
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/gnome-tweaks", line 15, in <module>
    gi.require_version("Handy", "0.0")
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/gi/__init__.py", line 129, in
require_version
    raise ValueError('Namespace %s not available' % namespace)
ValueError: Namespace Handy not available

It seems gnome-tweaks needs the libhandy package now.

Installing gir1.2-handy-0.0 (and libhandy-0.0-0) fixed the problem
