Public bug reported: Laptop is Dell E4300 After reboot applet for Wi-Fi displays as connected but 80% of the times it is not. I have to switch of through drop downs then reconnect after about 10 seconds. Sometimes I try hardware switch off for about 10 seconds then on but I find it more reliable to try to get connected by software switch methods. Sometimes I may have to attempt up to about 3 times even with software switch method.
I first noticed issue with 18.xx LTS. Worked perfect for a long time but I guess an update caused issue. I decided to clean install 19.04 but still have issue from the beginning.
