Downgrade to previous version does cure the bug, the mentioned filesystems are 
showing up.
But this is not a sustainable solution, on next unattended update this will be 
updated.

cmdline to downgrade:
sudo apt install snmp=5.7.3+dfsg-1.8ubuntu3.1 libsnmp30=5.7.3+dfsg-1.8ubuntu3.1 
snmpd=5.7.3+dfsg-1.8ubuntu3.1 libsnmp-base=5.7.3+dfsg-1.8ubuntu3.1

This affects about 70 servers in our network, we use snmp in conjunction with 
icinga2
for monitoring disk usage.
