package is nautilus. the reporter wants that when nautilus displays the trash,
it has a special blue "ribbon" with a button to empty the trash.
Such a ribbon is available when you go to CD burning mode in nautilus, in that
mode it has a special button "Write to disc" (to go to that mode, click in the
menus Go->CD/DVD creator).
