It's not bad, but it may need some prettying up. Take a look at other
specs for example: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu . Also I was
thinking of the language-loader. Even though it might not look pretty,
isn't it better to have a 50% translation than nothing? If we didn't
have any translations for an app, then the user would not be able to use
it, but with 50% he or she can get at least some functionality out of
it.
