This resolved my issue with the floor() function, but I can't say that this is a solution. It seems a little silly that when you install Gnumeric you don't get the complete package, and even when you find the parts you need, you must then enable them to get the desired functionality. Would it be possible to include the plugins package in the Add/Remove Applications list, possibly with a note mentioning that you'll have to manually enable the functions even after you install them?
