This resolved my issue with the floor() function, but I can't say that
this is a solution.  It seems a little silly that when you install
Gnumeric you don't get the complete package, and even when you find the
parts you need, you must then enable them  to get the desired
functionality.  Would it be possible to include the plugins package in
the Add/Remove Applications list, possibly with a note mentioning that
you'll have to manually enable the functions even after you install
them?
