Hello, since a test of the qemu test-build package was requested (available from the PPA mentioned in comment #1, made available mid of June), and the engineer/maintainer is waiting for some feedback since a while (please notice that we can not test this by ourselves), a prioritization was needed to unlock resources and to re-focus on further tickets (partly also other qemu bugs). Once the package got successfully tested, the work on this one will promptly proceed and the states again adjusted. Hope this explains the procedure ...
