Public bug reported:
On my Toshiba Satellite A100-SK9, the volume seems to have a very low
maximum. This problem is strange as when I start my computer some of the
times the volume seems fine while sometimes I get the volume problem. I
checked the volume settings to make sure they were not set to low or
muted.
I am running the Gutsy release.
