I can reliably reproduce the issue when installing 19.04 in a VM. The
error message after changing the passphrase in gnome-disks is:
Error changing passphrase
Error changing passphrase on device /dev/sda5: Failed to add the new
passphrase: Invalid argument (udisks-error-quark, 0)
[Close]
I cannot reproduce the issue when installing 18.04.2 in a VM, so version
2.16-2 of libblockdev doesn't appear to be affected.
