Well actualy i do not see any daylight settings - just a group of the countries/city. And even if it is so - why the all other aplication indicating correct time - even chatter like Pidgin, Miranda (i did accually handled to run it under wine agent hardly) - even with some buggy-running of last (still it is only for Win =) )
