Repod in my duplicate bug with 19.10 daily about the updates checkbox. Regarding the 3rd party software checkbox, which has a label of "Install third-party software for graphics and Wi-Fi hardware and additional media formats", i'm not sure this part of the bug report is valid, as without the internet i presume that some of the additional media formats are being installed from the CD and i believe that ubuntu will be bundling the nvidia driver on the CD.
