Additional info: I'm using the Nvidia binary driver 415.27. If I boot kernel 4.18.0.24 or 4.18.0.25 the Nvidia-settings are "empty", just a frame with a close button, this is also buggy, with kernel 4.18.0.23 the nvidia-setting look normal.
