fix sound using pavucontrol ..

- suspend 4, wait ~20 secs, resume, alas no sound.
fix sound using pavucontrol ..
- suspend 5, wait ~30 secs, resume, alas no sound.
fix sound using pavucontrol ..
- suspend 6, wait ~40 secs, resume & sound
- suspend 7, wait ~30 secs, resume, alas no sound
fix sound using pavucontrol
- suspend 8, wait ~45 secs, resume & sound

== 8 resumes, 4 with sound, 4 no-sound

sudo apt update; all up-to-date
add -proposed (main) to sources; apt update (37)
sudo apt dist-upgrade, inc. 5.0.0-20.21 kernel

reboot, load 19.10
update-grub (in 19.10/owner of grub)
reboot

19.04, check kernel: neofetch says 5.0.0-20-generic

- suspend 8, wait ~30 secs, resume & sound
 8 resumes, 6 with sound, 2 no-sound

Statistically it's an improvement, but I think the testing shows not-
fixed sorry.  The issue has never been predictable (at least not to me)
and I still had 2 failures with -proposed.

If flaws in my testing can be found - please notify me.
My 'primary' box has 19.10 on it, thus the use of d780.
