Thanks a lot for taking time to make ubuntu better. I was able to reproduce with the informations that you provided and found that this problem also occur with cs_CZ ne_NP pl_PL ta_IN locales. This bug affect Gnucash so I've opened a bug in the bug tracking system that Gnucash uses. If you have further information, you can add your comments here :
