For the X1300 card you can not use the "ati" driver, only fglrx/vesa/radeonhd.The "LVDSBiosNativeMode" option was only for the "ati" driver. If you want to use the fglrx driver, I guess it should not be disabled in /etc/default/linux-restricted-modules-common.
