mmm... This bug occurs randomly :-/

With kernel 5.0.0, it occurs almost each time I power up my desktop, but
if I hit Ctrl-Alt-Suppr, it can successfully boot on second or third
run.

And moreover, this bus can occur with kernel 4.18.0-17 too, less
frequently.

Maybe, it could be a SATA cabling problem, because few days before first
occurence (few days before Disco upgrade), I opened my laptop to plug a
SATA HDD. I removed this additional HDD, but the problem is still here.
There is no I/O error in dmesg output.
