Your disks are probably starting to die. Start backing up your data.

You should use the tool recommended by your harddisk manufacturer to
make sure. If errors are found then do a low-level format using the tool
recommended by your harddisk manufacturer. Then check again for errors.
If you can still find errors the second time then it's probably time to
start shopping for a new harddrive.
