Public bug reported:

simple-image-reducer fails to start. It prints the following output before 
failing:
```
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/simple-image-reducer", line 28, in <module>
    import Image
ImportError: No module named Image
```

I just installed it using apt and tried running it from the CLI.


System info:
```
$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Release:        18.04

$ apt-cache policy simple-image-reducer 
simple-image-reducer:
  Installed: 1.0.2-6
  Candidate: 1.0.2-6
  Version table:

```

What you expected to happen?
The program to start and run nomally.

What happened instead?
It failed to start with the error pasted above.


I managed to get the program working by applying the changes contained in the 
attached patch file.
