Public bug reported:

When connecting to a juniper VPN via openconnect, with NetworkManager
openconnect gui, the realm dropdown does not function correctly; if you
try and choose a different realm the form will reload and be back on the
default.

This has been fixed upstream
(https://github.com/openconnect/openconnect/commit/669c7d3e7a45aabc3035f8f538bbd36e23dbd3d8.patch),
and applying this patch on top of ubuntu's openconnect package works
without issue for me.
