This has been updated in Linux Ubuntu Gutsy. In order to manage Wifi
networks keys without asking for the password to unlock the keys, Ubuntu
need libpam-keyring in order to do this. libpam-keyring has been
included by default in Linux Ubuntu Gutsy.

Note that the keyring named "default" in Ubuntu Gutsy must be set with
the same password as your user session.

Does upgrading to Linux Ubuntu Gutsy fixes that problem?
