Public bug reported: HP Spectre x360 15" notebook: Battery drains off during the laptop sleep (with or without connected USB-C dock) and not possible to enable deep sleep.
Enabling deep sleep results into failure: $ sudo echo deep > /sys/power/mem_sleep bash: /sys/power/mem_sleep: Permission denied.
