Hi xnox Thank your for your fast reply! Indeed, i found the problem with a self-compiled package, which made a file in /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d and ran the command "chown nrpe.nrpe /var". After deleting the affected file out of /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d and made a manual "chown root.root /var" everything worked well!
