I don't think this bug is a duplicate of Bug #36151 Bug #36151 asks for a second click on Trash to close the window. Here I say that a second click should either do nothing or bring the trash window to focus. Sebastian says on that bug: "It acts the same way as any directory put on the panel by drag and drop. Your behaviour would mean programming a trash application rather than opening the nautilus view on the folder."
