Similar issue (same as antti.palsola) on Lenovo ThinkPad T480s, Lenovo
ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock and linux-image-4.15.0-44-generic. External
monitors stop working after login in; work flawlessly under Windows 10
and with linux-image-4.15.0-43-generic.
