Public bug reported:
gnucash failed to release lock on mysql when I use save as from the
menu. Here are the steps that would reproduce the problem.
1. Connect to a MySQL Database using open option in the file menu.
2. After opening the book, use save as from the file menu and save a local copy.
3. After saving the local file close the gnucash application.
4. Open gnucash again and open the mysql db again.
5. Gnucash throws an error that the db has been locked.
My expectation is that once the db has been saved or application has
been closed, all the locks that have been done should be cleared
gracefully.
