After adding the PPA from the test case and using the ubuntu-release-
upgrader packages from -proposed I received the following message when
the upgrade was being calculated:

"Some third party entries in your sources.list were disabled. You can 
re-enable them after the upgrade with the 'software-properties' tool 
or your package manager."
