Interesting... I sent an email to their webmaster asking them to make their service operable across all computing platforms, hope for the best! If there are any other medical school applicants out there unable to log in to their service using Linux (maybe at a university computer lab?), send a request as well -- if they get enough people asking, they'll consider it more seriously.
