*more info: i am using ubuntu 18.04.1, 4.19.9 from mainline, libinput 1.12.1, attached is my dmesg, the last but one suspend/resume deactivated the touchpad and the last one restored it. i had psmouse.synaptics_intertouch=1, i am now testing psmouse.synaptics_intertouch=0
