Hi to you All, I continued to make my debug about this problem and I found the the access permissions on the /var and the /var/log didn't permit any kind of access for "other". I looked on my other server and set the access permissions as on that. The problem disappeared! I'm sorry if I created a useless bug post. I hope this may help some one.
