Thanks. That shows your pulseaudio process has been replaced so the old
one might have crashed.

Please:

1. Follow these standard steps to search your system for previous
crashes:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Responses#Missing_a_crash_report_or_having_a_.crash_attachment

2. If no crash reports could be found in #1, try this as a workaround:
Add a new line to /etc/pulse/daemon.conf:

  realtime-scheduling = no

  and reboot.
